Haven’t seen my family for about 1 year, and Christmas is always a big reason to travel back home. The biggest excitement comes on the last day, preparations, Christmas shopping, last workout, and others.

Cottage cheese pancakes:
200 g cottage cheese 0,1% fat
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut flour
50 g low fat shredded mozzarella
Chives and dill
Salt
Coconut oil for cooking

Dip:

3 tbsp low fat Greek yogurt (thick consistency)
(if you don’t have thick, then add a 1/4 tsp guar gum in it, which will make it thick)
1 tsp mustard
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp dill
Salt, pepper

Make sure you drain the cottage cheese very well before using it when combined with the rest of ingredients. Mix everything together a d cool on the until golden brown colour.
