This is a 25 minute playful partner flow designed to be enjoyed with a friend or loved one! Partner yoga is a great way to deepen your stretching potential while offering (and being offered) some gentle encouragement! We always end up gossiping and giggling when we practise together and we wanted to bring you the same playful elements that we enjoy so much!
