I love this time of year, partially because it’s my birthday on March 21st but also I love the uplifting energy of spring. I suffer from a little bit of seasonal depression/SAD at the beginning of March each year and it usually sets in by my birthday. I’ve found yoga and Ayurvedic seasonal practices and the wisdom that they bring at this time of year to be the most helpful thing for me. I’ve compiled some of my favourite uplifting practices from these wisdom traditions and created a little online journey called the Spring Equinox Awakening which you can sign up for ANY TIME this spring, it doesn’t have to be right around the Equinox, these practices can support you right through until June and beyond!
