High Protein Pizza (Gluten-Free) | Easy Greek Yogurt Flatbread Pizza

These high protein mini pizzas are made with a simple 2-ingredient dough—Greek yogurt and gluten-free flour—then cooked in a pan and finished in the oven. Easy, satisfying, and great for meal prep.

Recipe:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup gluten-free flour (add 1–1½ tsp baking powder if your flour isn’t self-rising)
Optional: pinch of salt

Mix into a dough, divide and roll into small rounds. Cook in a pan until lightly golden, add toppings, then bake at 400°F until melted and cooked through.
