KISHORN

The 'sleeping giant' of Kishorn, one of Europe's largest dry docks, is poised to reawaken after being mothballed for decades. One hundred oil and gas delegates visited the site to learn of it's potential for oil, gas, renewables and decommissioning work. At it's height in the 1970s more than 3, 000 people lived and worked there and it's hoped a major jobs boost could be on the cards again. Broadcast STV News 19/09/18
