Bonds.ph issue.
Did we encounter any issue with Bonds.ph? Yes, we encountered issue, it took a while for our deposit to reflect in Bonds.ph balance. Hence, we can't invest. I think it took almost a week to see our balance inside the app.

We've sent several follow ups and called Unionbank, unfortunately they do not have phone support for Bonds.ph.
It's a bit frustrating at first. But above all, it's fine, as long as they are responsive in email, and I acknowledge that these issues really occur during the launch. I do not want to make a a big deal out of it.

Bottom line, issue was resolved! Yey!
