FMCSA Changes Personal Conveyance rules! PC While Loaded!

The FMCSA changed how you can use personal conveyance. Now, you can use it to go find parking when leaving a shipper or receiver even if you are loaded! Even if you have not run out of hours! This is big news I tell you. In just 2 months of ELD the rules are already changing. You still won't get paid for all that sitting but you won't have to worry about the DOT writing you up because you had to leave where you were loading to find somewhere to park. It is a step in the right direction but personal conveyance is not the final answer.
