Hi everyone! Today we are sharing our short but special gathering when we were in Virginia for a couple of days. Here we introduce some of our friends in Virginia Beach and they are doing a SPICY SISIG CHALLENGE!

My friends here agreed to do this challenge without being forced to do it. Please be kind to us by leaving only positive comments. We did this challenge for fun.

The SHUs level of the Sisig was just an estimate based on our experience while making this dish. One key ingredient is the combination of habanero and thai chili peppers made into paste.

To some of our friends and other relatives in Virginia Beach we apologize for not reaching out with you guys, we only stayed there for a couple of days. We will make it up to you guys on our next visit. We love you all!
