Official birth vlog of Baby O. This video is intense, real and raw as I wanted to keep the memory as real as possible for us to look back to. I had to get induced with pitocin/oxytocin as my water broke but I didn’t get any contractions to lead to labor. My labor was definitely very intense and I also gave birth without epidural !!
Given that this is my first baby, I am extremely proud of myself ! I still get emotional watching my labor and delivery

Our body definitely goes through a lot to bring about life and people may see this as a scary experience given that it’s negativity that spreads faster online. I wanted to add my positive birth experience to the ones already online and I hope people get to see and realize that it’s not that bad.

No birth method is better than the other . Do what works for you and your body because the end goal is a healthy baby and momma.

A big shoutout to my husband for being my biggest support system in that room . Counting for me , holding my legs , fanning me, encouraging me !
