[Arknights] CC#1 Pyrite Day 7 Daily Map: Frozen Ruins Lv15 Risk (Highest Level)

Super scuffed accidental clear. This is the second hardest max level daily of this event so far, took me 2 whole hours to do it.

Risk Tags taken:
- All enemy units' damage increased by 15% (Lv1)
- All enemy units' HP increased by 120% (Lv3)
- All allied units' ATK reduced by 50% (Lv3)
- All allied units' Max HP reduced by 50% (Lv2)
- 7 tiles on the map are banned (Lv2)
- Casters and Medics' deployment cost tripled (Lv1)
- Defense seal count becomes 1 (Lv1)
- All enemy units' attack speed increased by 50 (Lv2)
