Many decades ago, Jim Corbett unburdened the Uttarakhand’s Kumaon region of its man-eating tigers. Gradually progressing in his endeavours, Corbett, through his self authored books, entered the fables of Kumaon.
To this day, he is considered as one of the best environmentalists to have emerged from India, somebody whose dedication to wildlife gave a second charter of life to the tigers. But what about the man-eating tigers in Kumaon? Have they departed too, along with Corbett?
