Should Problematic Creatures Be BANNED As Commanders?

Ten years ago, the Commander format received a huge shakeup when the Rules Committee removed "banned as Commander" and made one unified ban list. This change was made in an attempt to clear up any confusion of having two separate ban lists, but I would argue that this had a negative effect on the format as a whole. Today, I'm going to make my arguments for why the "banned as Commander" designation should return!
