Why to not settle in 2025! What I learned as a postdoctoral researcher and university lecturer!

Hi! I am Jenny and these are 10 things that I learned in 2025 so far, as a workaholic postdoctoral researcher and a lecturer at the university.
1) Try new things
2) Give chances to people
3) Don’t postpone for later what you want for your life
4) Don’t live entirely in the future
5) Do not settle
6) Have passion for all areas in life
7) Keep the promises that you gave to yourself in January
8) Never neglect your health
9) You are a lot more than your work
10) It is ok to eat
