Review Arcan Swivel Flood & Flashlight 500lumens

This is a somewhat useful flashlight but has some idiosyncracies. The magnetic base isn't that strong. I discovered after making my review that this has an IP54 rating which means it is dust resistant and should be able to handle water splashing on it, but not prolonged exposure to water.
It's about $30.
