RSI - Relative Strength Index is a very useful indicator when used right. Most, however, use RSI standard setting without validating whether it actually works. In this video, I run a couple of different tests to optimise RSI period and find the setting that showed the best results on 20 years worth of data, and show you my favourite RSI setting that I use to trade live.
