The True Story Behind the Notorious Double Life of Griselda Blanco | This Morning

If you’ve never heard of Griselda Blanco - settle in for a truly fascinating look at the life of a seemingly ordinary housewife, who had a secret life as one of the world’s most infamous drug lords. Born in 1943 in Colombia, Griselda was a ruthless female criminal who leveraged her invisibility as an ordinary woman to command the streets of Miami, popularise the use of cocaine, and kill hundreds of people along the way. Criminologist David Wilson joins us alongside one of Griselda’s real-life boyfriends Charles Crosby to tell her story, and share their thoughts on Netflix’s brand new adaptation of her life.
