Diet:
Breakfast:
1-2 Chapati or brown bread with egg white boiled or fried with veggies in 1-2 tsp oil or
Any Vegetable paratha (gobhi or mooli) sabse best methi paratha with no oil served with chutney and 1 tbsp yogurt or
Besan ka chilla (1-2) with chutney or
1-2 chapati with matar ki patli sabzi or
Dosa - ragi ka dosa, millets (bajra)or oats ka dosa 1-2 small to medium size with 1 cup sambhar and /or 1 tbsp coconut chutnety or
Idli - oats ki idli - 3 or brown rice idli 2-3 with with 1 cup sambhar and 1 tbsp coconut chutney or
Brown rice ka poha or
Mid Lunch: any fruit - 1, 1/2 cup bolied kala chana with chat masala and onion tomatoes an cucmber if possible(optional) or
similarly you can have sprouts or
Plain greek yogurt with any vegetable or fruit
Lunch: Salad must(kheera, tomatar aur pyaaz(optional))
roti/chapati with no oil - sukhi sabzi and daal or
roti best hai - jowar, bajra ya ragi or
no white rice, white bread, poha or dairy products such as milk, paneer, cheese etc or
u can have cahapati with chicken curry,fish curry, soya bean curry or any vegetable curry but made in less oil and good spices.
evening Snacks:
1 cup tea with wheat rusk, or brown rice poha, or boiled kala chana half cup or any fruit -1
Dinner: Same as lunch
