Eat at Joe's 1990 public access TV with Scott Cortez

Tuesday nights in 1990 were kind of magical for me. WELM let me take over the studio for 30 minutes a week to host a live band even though I had no idea what I was doing. Fortunately, I had a great group of friends to help turn the show into a staple of East Lansing public access TV.
Starting in 1991, we moved to a one hour format and eventually dropped the live callers.
