Scott Cao STV-017 vs Aileen VH100 - Choosing my first violin with teacher

Although it may not be obvious from the video audio, for my teacher and I, the Scott Cao STV-017 is the absolute winner. It looks more like a vintage/reliqued violin with character and feels soft in hands.

So I received 2 violins to choose from:
Scott Cao STV-017E vs Aileen VH100T
and 2 bows to choose from:
MV001 vs Aileen WV900C-B (Both Carbon)

The Scott Cao violin is amazing. More expensive but the sound is so much deeper. The Rode Micro microphone is not picking up the awesome low end of this violin.
We also liked the more expensive and beautiful Aileen WV900C-B bow, it has nice weight and feels better under the fingers.

CAMERA GEAR USED:
Camera: Canon 80D with Rode micro (audio levels were set to auto, that's why I had to use noise filter and my talking part sounds strange).
Editing: Adobe Premiere CC.
Microphones: Rode Micro, Zoom H1, Shure SM57.
