This is one of the most emotional and exciting chapters of my life. At 28 weeks pregnant, we’re packing up everything and moving across the world. In today’s vlog, I’m sharing the real and raw moments — from saying bittersweet goodbyes, to the chaos of packing while pregnant, and my 34-hour flight adventure (along with my baby bump!).
