Legendary Char Kway Teow - Singapore Hawker Food

Singapore Hakwer Centre - Fried Char Kway Teow might not be Singapore's national dish but "Day Night Fried Kway Teow" sure knows how to please the crowd with its version of CKT. Unlike the other well-known CKT stalls, the 2nd generation hawker uses a thinner version of noodles that looks very much like the Penang Kway Teow. He dishes each plate with a pack of punch comprising just the right amount egg, pork lard, cockles and lup cheong (Chinese Sausages).

Give it a try and you would sure love it!
