Mardi Gras Fun at Universal Orlando

It was our first time experiencing Mardi Gras at Universal Studios Orlando! This year is a little bit different than previous years and while there is no parade - there is a full blown food festival called International Flavors of Carnaval (Universal Orlando's FIRST EVER food festival). We only had one day to see and eat as much as possible and we loved every second of it!
