It won the Best Film by an African Living Abroad at the 7th Africa Movie Academy Awards and the Best Emerging Filmmaker's Award at the 2021 Roxbury International Film Festival. His second movie, "Theory of Conflict," deals with the conflict in the Middle East from the perspective of American, African, and Middle Eastern students at an American university. The movie will have its preview screening on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Coolidge Corner Theater on 290 Harvard Street, Brookline, Massachusets.
