I heard a lot about Jasmin et Cigarette by Etat Libre d'Orange, some of it great, some of it.... not so great. Some say Jasmin et Cigarette smells like a cold ashtray, others said it is a glamorous tobacco white floral. I have decided to share my Jasmin et Cigarette First Impressions with you today to see, if it smells like an ashtray or if Etat Libre d'Orange actually created something glamorous with this fragrance.
