The Perfect Balloon Hat (tutorial)

As a little boy, I saw a balloon twister make this hat. I never forgot the beautiful colors or contours of this unique piece of balloon art, and 15 years later, upon randomly coming across a picture of this balloon hat online, I decided I wanted to be a balloon twister!
