Welcome Ruby the Boxer puppy and the cold winter snap has hit the farm, heated pool here we come

Starting off with a beautiful early morning sunrise over the farm. Bandit has some funny sleeping faces.

The bus arrives and everyone is excited, so too does the water truck, we’re only a week into Winter and we already need water for the pool and for day to day consumption.

Louis the Border Collie can hardly contain his explosive excitement at what’s in store.

Meeko the Pug is always a little shy on arrival but in no time she is giving everyone a kiss. She wants nothing more than for everyone to love her. We do Meeko 💖

Today we welcomed beautiful 7 month old Boxer puppy Ruby to the farm pack. Ruby arrived and couldn’t believe the place she ended up at. She was shy for all of 30 seconds and then she just simply couldn’t decide what to do first! Ruby was a farm dog natural, loving all the activities at the farm. Straight in the dam and then did some wonderful crocodile slides into the pool in the afternoon. Ruby is definitely part fish, swimming is a favourite.

Due to the cold snap this week, we’re taking each day at a time in terms of whether we use the big pool. Today we made a decision to simply spend the whole afternoon in the heated pool. Tuesdays pack did not complain, they love the comfort of the heated pool.
