Train Sim World 2020 - Long Island Railroad - Operating Train 2020 from Penn Station to Hicksville

TSW is a game I don't play all that often. This is because there just isn't that much to do in the game. And it's that reason alone why I recommend Train Simulator 2020 over Train Sim World.

But sometimes I do go for a drive in TSW just for the heck of it. Today we are on the VERY lacking Long Island Railroad route, driving the ONLY included train - the Bombardier M7 - on a local service between New York's Penn station and Hicksville, a distance of 27.42 miles. In real life, this service would continue on to Ronkonkoma. Why the Hicksville to Ronkonkoma section wasn't included in Train Sim World is anyone's guess.

The stopping pattern for this run was a little interesting. We stop at all stations to Jamaica, then run non-stop to New Hyde Park before going all stations to Hicksville. In other words, our stops on the way were as follows:

New Hyde Park
Merillon Avenue
Mineola
Carle Place
Westbury
Hicksville
