Tan removal pack | does it work? Dermatologist suggests

This was a viral video that I came across.
This is clearly fake. Tanning is not dirt sitting on the skin which can be rubbed off.

▪️What to do if you have tanning?
✅Sunscreen application is important as more you protect your skin the faster the recovery will be. Tanning will not fade if sun exposure is continued

✅use gentle exfoliants: using creams or lotions with glycolic or lactic acid will help in reducing tanning. They cause gentle exfoliation and cause shedding to upper dead skin layer. This exposes younger lighter coloured skin. This has to be paired with strict sun protection otherwise you will not notice any results.
