Chrysler Town and Country, Dodge Caravan 3.3 and 3.8 liter Pcv valve STUCK!

IMPORTANT: use a VACUUM as you work to suck up any shards of plastic so they don't go down into the PCV tube.

I've dealt with this stuck PCV valve on both a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.8 liter and a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3 liter. I believe this will apply to some Volkswagen Routans with the 3.8 liter as well. Here are some helpful tips on how to get it out.

Note: The 3.8 liter engine most likely will not require the removal of the windshield wiper housing.
