Very impressive power and torque numbers from Lionel's 2012 Toyota Landcruiser 79 V8 D4D Utility. When we first saw Lionel's ute, it already had a custom Beaudesert mandrel exhaust system with the stacks. Next step was the base Unichip plug and play Module install which took power from 118rwkw to 146rwkw. While it was an impressive increase of 28kw, Lionel being a young fella, was pretty keen to get more serious. So with the installation of an upgraded custom Turbocharger, a massive HPD intercooler , and a quick wire up addition of D4D drivers to the Unichip. Then with a custom tune and 25psi, power output is now up to an amazing 205rwkw. Original torque with only the exhaust started at 385nm, then with the basic Unichip install 480nm, then finally with the turbo etc 695nm.
