Method
Step 1
Let’s begin by adding a chimney of charcoal to the bbq.
Step 2
Next, we’re going to place our 1kg of sharp Cheddar Cheese in an aluminium baking tray followed by the 700g of Gluten Free Macaroni.
Step 3
Then we pour the 4 cups of milk over the macaroni and stir through.
Step 4:
Season with
½ tbsp Salt
½ tbsp Pepper
½ tbsp Sweet Paprika
½ tbsp Garlic Powder
Step 5
Top with the 1kg grated Cheddar cheese.
Step 6
Okay, time to throw it into the bbq and replace the lid.
Smoke for 1 and a half hours at 150 degrees Celsius or 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 7
While that’s cooking let’s chop up and cook off 1/2 kg of bacon.
Step 8
Next, we mix everything up and stir in the bacon. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Step 9
Okay, we’re just about there!
Add breadcrumbs and grated parmesan on top.
Step 10
This cheesy delight is absolutely to die for.
