Search Capabilities

The Terminology Server supports two core search directions — enter a medical code to retrieve related concepts across vocabularies, or enter a clinical phrase to retrieve its standardized codes using both exact string matching and embedding-based semantic search. Results are deterministic: the same input always returns the same output, making it audit-safe for clinical workflows. This video also previews boolean operators, domain filters, and context tags for fine-tuning search relevance.
