This video will show you how to see your hands using your controllers in Unity 2020 after setting up Unity XR for VR for Oculus, HTC Vive, Valve Index, and Windows Mixed Reality devices. I used the Oculus Quest 2. Technically you can also follow this setup for Augmented Reality devices as well. Just choose your appropriate XR Plugin from the XR Plugin Management window.
