On this episode, I explain how to release attachment from stuff. We have been getting so much rain that it caused my basement to flood! Of course, unexpected things got damaged and I need to throw it out. But there are still emotions attached to the items so I need to release the attachments so I can let go of it! You can also release attachment to your things so you can declutter with peace and freedom!!!
