Neural entrainment is also known as brainwave entrainment or brainwave synchronization. It is the theory that our brains have a tendency to synchronize themselves to external stimulation, which could include auditory, visual, tactile or electromagnetic stimuli.

It is believed that the human brain contains approximately 80+ billion neurons which communicate with each other to form our thoughts, emotions and behavior. When our neurons communicate in mass, it produces a synchronized electrical pulse known as a brainwave. Our brainwaves can align with an external stimuli, and as a result we can stimulate our brains in ways that could positively effect our psychology and physiology. Using this method we could alter the state of our consciousness in ways that we would usually have difficulty reaching. Entrainment is an effective method which allows you to experience what these states feel like, and how they affect the body.

The intention for this video was to provide relief for those who are experiencing frequency fatigue and chronic fatigue.

What is frequency fatigue?

Frequency fatigue is a result of using too many frequency or neural entrainment videos without balancing natural brain waves. Symptoms may include general fatigue, irritability, lethargy, an inability to concentrate, an inability to form complex abstract thoughts, difficulty relaxing, insomnia, and headaches among other symptoms. This may vary depending on what frequency ranges have been excessively used.

This video uses a combination of subliminal nature sounds, and brownian noise to increase effectiveness of all meditation, frequency, and other neural entrainment videos. It is recommended to listen to this before listening to other videos for optimal results. In addition to this, it has the following benefits:

Brownian motion or Pedesis (ancient Greek) is the random motion of particles suspended in a medium (liquid or gas) resulting from their collision with the fast-moving molecules in the medium.

Brown noise simulates Brownian motion and has a spectral density that's inversely proportional to its frequency squared. The power density of Brown noise decreases 6dB (decibels) per octave with increasing frequency.

Brown Noise is not actually brown, but is instead named after it's discoverer Robert Brown. Brown Noise is much deeper than White, or Pink Noise. Many have reported it to sound much like beach waves, heavy wind, a downpour, or waterfall.
