13-Min Mindfulness: Scoliosis Breathing and Gentle Movement for Relaxation (BEGINNER)
This is a mindful movement session, geared for people who experience stress, anxiety, nervousness, and/or pain. Some of our subscribers asked for some guided relaxation sessions, so here's our first one!
We'll start with a body scan to be present, ground yourself, and turn your attention inward.
Then we work on some focused breathing techniques that we commonly use in our scoliosis-specific physiotherapy sessions.
Lastly we'll move through a series of full body movements to integrate the breathing patterns into your body.
