A fun tour through the Italian landscape of relationships, romance, love and sex. With Rome as the backdrop, we go from the myth of the Latin Lover to the reality of family life; from the presence of the Catholic Church, to the new visablity of the LGBT community. And underneath the sunlit world is the darkness of prostitution and human trafficking.

The film is a moving postcard of images from Italian cinema and culture, playing off the harsh realities against Italy's stunning beauty.
