Cockpit view from Lao Central's sole Sukhoi SuperJet SSJ 100-95B registered as RDPL-34195 while operating service LF71 from Vientiane Wattay International Airport (VTE) to Luang Prabang (LPQ). The flight took place in May 2013. Upon arrival to LPQ an additional orbit south of the airport was required due to traffic (Lao Airlines ATR-72) and bossy arrivals ATC. Upon final to rwy 23 you can see the Mekong River underneath. Thanks to the friendly Lao Central crew for permission to joining the flight deck. Sorry for the dirty lens.
