A few months ago Bolt conducted a survey amongst Bolt users asking them which safety features they feel are still missing from the app. They asked, you answered and now they’re delivering by introducing a Bolt safety kit, including 9 aspects of ride safety. One of my favourite new features is the Driver Screening!
95% of you voted that you want your driver to be vetted. Now, 100% of Bolt drivers have police clearance certificates👏🏾
