Yoga Nidra Network - Yoga Nidra for Balance- Lucy Maresh- Total Yoga Nidra

This 28 minute yoga nidra practice for balance was recorded live at the time of the autumn equinox at Lucy's monthly yoga nidra and meditation group in Shilbottle, North Northumberland. The recording has a bit of white noise but once you get going you will find it might actually be slightly soothing (little babies quite enjoy this fuzzy crackling sound)... All you need is a comfy, safe space to lie down at home, and 30 minutes to yourself. After a period of settling and rotation of awareness, the practice works with alternating awareness of breath in the left and right sides of the body.
