Easy mobility for men with tight hips/low back #shorts

I’ve had two hip surgeries, a herniated disc in my lower back, and spent years of trying long mobility routines that looked good on paper but never stuck in real life.

If you spend a lot of time at a desk or sitting in the car try this practical mobility session that doesn't require you getting on the floor:

You start from the top of your body and work down:
-Neck circles
-Shoulder rotations
-Chain breakers
-Trunk Twists
-Lateral Lunge
-Hip Flexor Lunge (Not shown)
-Calf Raise to Toe Raise
-Windmills (optional: go gentle and build into it)

Spend 30-45s for each movement
