黃豆醬煎焗排骨 Pan-fried Pork Rib with Soy Bean Sauce **字幕 CC Eng. Sub**
🟢材料:
排骨 600 克
薑 、蒜頭 、紅蔥頭 適量
紹興酒 2 湯匙
黃豆醬 1 湯匙
柱侯醬 1 湯匙
澱粉 1 茶匙
糖 1/2茶匙
油 、胡椒粉 適量
🟢步驟:
1️⃣ 排骨洗淨吸乾水,加入薑汁、1 湯匙黃豆醬、1 湯匙柱侯醬、少許胡椒粉、半茶匙糖、1 茶匙生粉/澱粉、1 湯匙油醃製半小時。
2️⃣ 鍋中加油,煎排骨至微黃,翻轉,加入切碎的紅蔥頭和蒜蓉煎至微黃。
3️⃣ 加入 2 湯匙紹興酒,蓋上鍋蓋,用中小火煎焗 5-6 分鐘至排骨熟透(煎連焗的時間大約要 8-10 分鐘),期間留意排骨不要燒焦。
🟢Ingredients:
Pork ribs - 600 g
Ginger, garlic, shallots - as needed
Shaoxing wine - 2 tablespoons
Soybean sauce - 1 tablespoon
Chu Hou sauce - 1 tablespoon
Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - as needed
White pepper powder - as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash the pork ribs and pat dry, marinate with ginger juice, 1 tablespoon soy bean sauce, 1 tablespoon Chu Hou sauce, a little white pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon oil for half an hour.
2️⃣ Heat the oil in a pan, fry the pork ribs until slightly golden, flip over, add chopped shallot and garlic, and fry until slightly golden.
3️⃣ Add 2 tablespoons of Shaoxing wine, cover the pan, and cook over medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes until the ribs are fully cooked (the total cooking time, including the pan-frying and simmering, should be around 8-10 minutes). Be careful not to let the ribs burn during this process.
