Your chance to hear national EM UK VC vice chair candidates before voting closes. All VC candidates were invited.

Molly Scott Cato recorded her presentation beforehand as she was travelling by train on the evening of the hustings, Wednesday 10.11.2021. She was not able to give her two-minute summing up, so she was allowed 5 minutes for her initial pre-recorded presentation.

Due to sound problems, Nick Hopkinson re-recorded his presentation after the event and this was edited into the video later.

Each had a maximum four minutes (Molly Scott Cato 5 minutes) to present their vision and plans for EM UK should they be elected.

After each candidate give their presentation, there were written questions submitted from the floor and before. Each candidate had a maximum of two minutes to answer. At the end of the Q&A candidates were given a further two minutes to sum up.

This special WWW pro European evening was chaired by Paula Keaveney, Senior Lecturer in Politics, Law and Criminology at Edge Hill University.

We have held Merseyside / LCR Liverpool City Region hustings in the past both in person and via Zoom which can be viewed on this channel.
