Burying downspouts and cutting a swale between two duplexes. I worked at this site last year and was a bit concerned about this area, it's flooded the lower duplex twice this year with how the downspouts are ran. I cut a swale to drain to the back then buried the two downspouts off the buildings. There was only about 11" of fall but hopefully it will be just enough to keep the building from flooding again.
