When we talk about beauty, glamour, grace and sophistication of Bollywood actresses, the first name that has blown in our mind away is none other than Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. She was born in an army family and she was very good in academic. But she had chosen Modeling as a career and won "Miss World" beauty pageant competition. She did lot of commercial in her initial stages and got break in a Tamil film as a lead actress.

After the commercial success of Tamil film 'Jeans' she made her debut in Bollywood industry. Initially she failed to charm the audience with her poor acting skill but she didn't give up and proved herself in the blockbuster triangle love story 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam'. After that she never looked back in her acting career. She was rumored to have long time relationship with Salman Khan but finally got married to Abhishek Bachchan in 2007 and has a daughter with him.

Along with several film awards she also got few Filmfare awards for her different powerful performance. From the film Raincoat to Guru, her acting performances get more matured and versatile. Her latest movie 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' also got very warm response from critique as well as audience.
