The automatic cap sealing machine is suitable for screw capping/sealing of round bottles with speed of 45-50 bottles per minute (maximum). The machine is equipped with auto cap feeder for continues feeding of cap for online operation on any liquid, powder, paste, granules filling line.

The material feed containers moving on conveyor are feed into an in feed star wheel, Star wheel bring the container below the sealing head, during this bottle automatically. Pick-up cap from delivery chute of Auto cap feeder, Sealing Head perform perfect operation of threading and sealing.

• No container No cap system.
• Adjustable sealing pressure.
• Along with Vibratory auto cap feeder.
• Machine construction in stainless steel matt finish ( S.S. 304 ).
• Single speed synchronization of conveyor and star wheel.
• Along with safety clutch for automatic stop of machine in case of bottle
Jamming/over loading.
