If you've ever wanted to expand your harmonica horizons and venture out into some new harmonica positions, this lesson is a fun and easy way to get you started. While focusing on the classic "St.james Infirmary Blues", this lesson goes through the melody and a solo for each of four harmonica positions (2nd,3rd,4th and 5th position). To first give you a taste of and warm up in each position, we go through the blues scale in each related position. The melody and the solo is the same in each position which really gives you a great feel of each positions strengths and unique flavor.
This lesson comes complete with tablature for each position ( blues scale, melody and solo) and also two excellent play-a-long tracks at different tempos to practice along with.
The lesson is 38 minutes in length.
I play customized Hohner Marineband Deluxe and Golden Melody harmonicas.
