This video shows an amazing process of metal casting done by iron scrap in a foundry.
This foundry uses sand molding technique to give the particular shape to the melted residue.
1. Collect the iron scrap that is no longer of use.
2. Put it in the kiln where it will reach a very high temperature that will be able to melt down the iron.
3. Pour the melted metal into an insulated bucket and put it in the sand molded boxes.
4. Wait for it to cool down.
5. Take the metal out and carefully remove the sand from it.
6. The shape that you need is ready.
7. Sand used for casting is first mixed with oil to make it hold together.
8. That sand is put in the box with the help of the shape that we are going to make to make exactly like the original one.
