In Power Book IV: Force, with New York thinking him dead, Tommy has made a new start in Chicago or California as he thinks. And now, he is potentially going on a road trip to hunt Tasha down for ratting on him and killing his girlfriend LaKeisha Grant.

It is unknown if he will ever reconcile with his mother after Tasha took the fall for Tariq. It is highly unlikely as of now because of Tasha putting the blame on him.

Tommy appeared as the final antagonist in season 1 of Power Book II: Ghost and he will serve as the main protagonist in the future spin-off Power Book IV: Force.
