Commercial Property To Residential Conversion | Permitted Development (PD) Retail to Residential

This is Kiren Gill's first Commercial PropertyTo Residential Conversion project utilising permitted development rights. In Part 2, we revisit the site once complete. In this project Kiren took a standard commercial property where the rear of the retail unit was converted to make a flat, while retaining a smaller shop at the front. All this is done under permitted development rights (ie no planning permission required).

But best of all, Kiren is not using any of her own funds to finance this project. The bulk of the funds have been provided by Ranjan's company with equity investment put in by Kiren's private investor. (Full details in the video.)
